Yes we have Switch 2 specs in the house! The Nintendo Switch 2 is looking more powerful than the Xbox Series S!?! We need to discuss! Is it enough?? ALSO what launch titles do you hope to see for the Switch 2 and would you pick one up if it cost $400!?

Even if it it Series S level of power, Switch 2 will make a great use of more modern architecture and DLSS, so the final effect might be even more impressive than we think. Next-gen open-world 3D Mario will be spectacular!

Absolutely! Also being a nvidia chip should separate it from the AMD consoles also, as Nvidia has superior up scaling tech and ray-tracing tech. I totally agree the next gen open world 3D Mario is really going to be something special! Giving me that excitement levels of swing Mario 64 for the first time as a kid! What price point are you hoping the Switch 2 launches at!?

@@TendoGamerz I hope they change NS OLED price from 350 to 300 dolars, and then charge 400 for the successor. But I wouldn't be mad about 450 either. I just hope they launch both LCD and OLED models at one, rather than wait a few years (which sadly is looking likely...).

I used to wish for a Super Mario Galaxy 3 game, but Galaxy 1 was lightning in a bottle and it's not likely that Nintendo will ever make a Mario game with that kind of deep lore or atmosphere ever again. Even Galaxy 2 didn't have the same vibe. So I'd hope for a brand new Bowser's Fury/Odyssey style game for the Switch 2's launch

I'm just realizing Biomutant is now on Switch and it actually looks not bad! Just imagine what they will be able to do with next gen Switch that spec wise is on par or slightly above Series S but with better upscaling technologies, I can't wait to see it!

So you would rather the next switch was 2 teraflops instead of potentially 4 which it’s looking like it might be around? I think 4 would be a sweet spot for allowing 3rd party support as they are already supporting similar with the Xbox series s, but also be lower than the very powerful consoles to help keep development costs down for games which I think has really helped Nintendo with the switch unlike we see with Xbox and Sonys AAA games costing hundreds of millions, going to be very interesting to see what it is like! I am excited for it

Maybe, NS2 might have native voice chat. Also, not sure but uncovered specs. make things look quite favorable. Lastly, we can only wait & hope for the NS2 to get an official release date soon.

I really cannot say. Its unlikley but not impossible... Wave Race Rogue Orcan, 1080° Blizzard, Or 1-2-Switch Up, really all is up in the air. But for sure i'm not gonna expect a Mario launch title... those games come in fall/ winter or the following year. I fully expect Mario Kart 9 neither late 2025 or summer 2026. I really don't hope they put out everything too early. Blizzard or Rogue Orcan+ 1-2-Switch Up is what i hope. At least 1 AA Game should be there. But i really have no idea...

*UPDATE* Recent leaks point towards exactly XSS power with more RAM!! Bullseye is so damn close now!! If i am correct i have one wish: Please pray to Namco for a G- CON BULLSEYE Lightgun and Point Blank 4 Bullseye+ a new Time Crisis!! If the want they can make it Playstation 5 exclusive but if Nintendo does a Zapper 2 or Super Scope 2 i want a port!! Thats for my correct predictions😮

More power is great, but I honestly hope they don't go overboard. They're out of their mind if they think they can directly compete in the handheld pc market. $400 Isn't going to work out well for Nintendo. It needs to be flat-out cheaper than any model of Steam Deck to avoid direct comparison. $350 max.

The only reason to get a switch 2 is to play the games that will be unfortunately locked on it. No reason to not just get a steam deck or a similar handheld

Looking at the sales the market disagrees. Nintendo has been the only major developer putting out multiple games worth playing. For 4 years as far as triple A games go there's just been doom eternal, elden ring, and baulders gate 3. Everything else worth playing is Nintendo or an indie title.

Super Mario wonder, Metroid dread, animal crossing new horizons,Bowser's fury, pokemon legends Arceus, Kirby and the forgotten land, Bayonetta 3, Pikmin 4 were all released in the same time it took everyone else to put out 3 games total.

Can't believe you're even listing bowser's fury when that's just a garbage 2 hour long campaign worse than what you'd get in mario odyssey. Hm were u living under the rock these last few weeks? Theres slight diff between rumors and leaks. We've been seeing consistent and matching leaks from last years Gamescom, Mobapad, Shipment details, US trademark copyright site and indie devs which gotten the devskit and mention almost the same info, even Digital Foundry did a simulation video on whats to be expected from these specs coz its reasonable and affordable. so wat we're doin here is connecting the dots and pieces and thats the fun of it. So far the info shared above is the combined leaks that we've discussed so far. So yeah its not 100% corect but assuming all these insider leaker are honest then its almost 80% accurate. Which is 12GB ram, 8 inch LCD/OLED, 256 GB storage, T239 chip, magnet joycon and backward compatibility.
