That repair sheet reminds me of my old job. I used to work for a fixing computer place for my community service hours for my college years. by the looks of it it looks very cool.

I just got my OLED switch a few weeks ago. I sent in my dock the new OLED model and it got sent back but my switch still isn’t showing anything on my tv an I tried everything so I contacted customer service and they told me that they found nothing wrong with the dock so I’m pretty sure it’s the actual new switch OLED console an not the dock. I’m bummed cause I’ll be without my switch for a few weeks but I hope they fix the issue. They told me to mail in both the dock and my switch so they can do testing. I hope I get it fixed an sent back before Xmas

@@GabrielLee I had to send the dock and the OLED console in to Nintendo for them to fix it but they fixed it for free and it took about 2 weeks all together for everything, shipping getting fixed and returned. I haven't had any issues since I got it back and my games and all my information was still on my switch so I didn't have to download a bunch of stuff. I'm happy now

Worst experience on our side. We called and they said they would check the controllers first (THE CHEAPEST PIECE) then after those arrived if that didn't work they would check the console. Months after and the controllers didn't arrive. We called back and now they say they never received a call. So the warranty is about to expire and the remotes aren't here and by the time they probably arrive and if they don't work the warranty won't cover the console. Because we cad to call again and make another claim and the warranty is almost over. Not worth it for us and won't be getting warranty with nintendo again. It's stressful dealing with them on our side.

I think it depends on what needs to be fixed. I didn't have to send in my joycons, just the console itself.

So my switch still has a valid warranty and my switch is broken and doesn’t even work so how did you fill out the form? because it currently isn’t letting me proceed on the online form.

I got mine in July 2020, and this happen in Feb/March 2021. They only give you a year, so yours would be out of warranty.

@@user-mj3ty9nd9i yeah, they never asked for a receipt. I gave them my serial number and then they told me that I bought it in July of 2020 which was correct. So somehow they're able to track it through the serial numbers on their end.

I don't think so. I think the email i got said to copy off any data if possible. Normally you get sent a different console than the one you send in.

Nintendo goes by when the item is bought. So if you bought your Switch within a year and its not working, they will fix it for free because the product has a 1 year warranty from Nintendo. If it is after a year, they would ask you to pay. Not sure how much, it would depend on what is wrong with the Switch.

they did me dirty mine wasn't playing and games warranty was still good sent it in they did STANDARD REPAIR says paperwork. serial # is different as well plus the back has damages scratches and dents on the back 10 days total Currently waiting for rep to contact me back
