I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER! Seriously, I thought at first that the 3DS version wouldn't be good at all, but it looks so friggin' amazing! And Smash Run, like Saurai said himself, is inspired from Kirby Air Ride's City Trial, and I simply LOVE that game mode! Smash Run looks so extremly fun! OCTOBER IS TOO FAR AWAY!!

The powers down on the touch screen, and choosing which ones to bring into battle, really reminds me of Kid Icarus' power system.

I love how you can see Sakurai's touches in the games he is involved with. Besides this, most recently you could see it in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Smash Run is basically Super Smash Bros:City Trial. I loved City Trial.

12:36 They happen to be using a 3DS XL for this preview and still yet the 3DS looks to struggling when loading (freezing at points even). I do hope that the producing team manages to fix this problem before the official release,and that it doesn't actually turn out to be a long term problem.

I had my eyes glued to that screen for 3 days waiting to see if they would announce Majora's Mask 3D. Then Zelda Williams had to tease us by holding a Majora's Mask replica at the Smash Bros. Invitational... Support Project Moonfall

For those worried about the 3DS version compared to the Wii U version here is my personal opinion having played the game. When I played the demo, I did have the pleasure of experiencing both versions of smash. Both games play identical in almost every aspect, the only differences I saw were the stages and characters, but the roster will be the same for both games on release. Control wise they were exactly the same; I played the 3DS version on an XL and it felt comfortable, and natural for the intensity and environment of smash. When we played the Wii U version we played with Pro Controllers, which has the same button layout as the 3DS, the only difference being the second analog stick. Personally I find Nintendo is making a smart choice in releasing the 3DS version not only because to the consumer you can brush up on smash, and collect new stuff for your characters to use day one before the console release, but also because when the Wii U version comes out more people will be purchasing that over the 3DS version. If they released the Wii U version first, the 3DS version wouldn't sell as well. To sum this all up it is totally worth it to buy both version, they both offer great, fun, intense smash experiences. As Reggie would say "Play. The. Games!"

Guys, let's just settle this all nice and peacefully. From the looks of it, it seems as if that the graphics for the 3ds is below expectations right? Well, 90% of 3ds games looks waaay better when playing it on the 3ds itself. It's sort of like when you largen up a picture and it becomes more pixelated. The WiiU does however have HD graphics, but the 3ds's one have good quality graphics too. Also don't worry about the controls, I'm sure it'll be fine (since it looks like a gamecube controller format control) Have a nice day :D

also, it will make more people buy the cpp considering only a few amount of games support it. Which in an effect of that cause is more companies looking towards making games with the cpp feature such as ironfall,mh4 and possible First person and 3rd person shooters coming on the 3ds. there needs to be an option for smash run that lets you have longer matches or as many matches as you want with those settings. If you can only have that one match after the 5 minutes it might ruin the mode even though it is so awesome. Just having the option even if changing it from the intended settings lessens the amount of items you get that are rare and have to do with the rest of the game, that's a great trade. Smash Run needs to come to the Wii version. IT NEEDS TO! :D

They are seperate games even though its the same thing, so i would imagine you would have to collect all the moves again on Wii U.
