Why tf would snippets of games they can play on NSO (or NES mini, Wii U, Wii or any other console that classic fans likely already have) make them happy? Why would getting charged the same price as a brand new Mario game for said snippets make them happy? This should have been all the content in this and all content from both Remix games for £20.

Nintendo is about the only ones besides retro PC that has me still interested in gaming after being completely underwhelmed by both PS5 and Xbox Series X. I really hope all the rumours are true with Switch 2 or whatever its called keeping same form factor and being full backwards compatible :-)

Very cool but I hope the game has updates to make it even more fun. I believe that for some people this game becomes boring because it is somehow very repetitive. In NES Remix there was the reward of winning a Remix version, with modified and mixed games that made players look forward to it.

Are you joking? You seriously think they're going to drop their new console in a month? They used the term "this fiscal year" about the reveal to indicate that it won't be this year, they also flat out said there will be no new hardware launching this fiscal year. So, no new console before April next year and the reveal won't be until January at the earliest. I'm calling a reveal next March and a November 14th or 21st release. Also, this isn't a Remix game, it's tiny sections of the og games with a timer to speed run them. Lame aph

Wish they would have given us the option to play the full games in their entirety and do a speed run mode either online or offline; with up to 8 friends. I would totally set a day to speed run the original mario bros and zelda games to completion; with friends. That would have been awesome. Mediocre game lineup running off of the same stupid "heavy hitters only" logic as modern Smash (all but 3 are franchise games, and even those franchise games are poorly selected - Lost Levels over DK Jr, Dr. Mario, or OG Mario Bros?), seemingly no wacky edited remix challenges like in NES Remix, probably doesn't even have the original games bundled unabridged... I'll pass.

why not just make a replica game that works? nobody is ever going to afford nintendo world championships and the people that are serious about owning it, are probably going to understand the difference between the replica version and the originals, why not just let everyone who thinks it would be cool to own have an official replica, i dont get it the japanese deluxe set comes with the nso famicom controllers and i would prefer you just put in the nso nes controllers than a fake nes cartridge that doesnt do anything
