If you are looking for any advice, I would give you my best, or direct you toward the best answers. If I can give one tip right now, Yokai Abilities (YA) are new to Nioh 2, so you may not know much about them. They are extremely fun, versatile and powerful. My tip, you regain stamina while using YAs!

Nioh 2 is by far the hardest of all the Souls games. not only that it has the most replay value as well and it also does NG+ like NO OTHER souls game. For example, when you start hitting NG+'s Bosses actually do NEW techniques, you unlock new TIER of gear, new gear in general, different mobs spawn at locations where easy mobs usually do etc. This game has insane depth. Especially in combat, from animation cancels, to combos continuing into secondary weapons, into using yokai spirits mid combos etc. most underrated but yet the BEST Combat and in depth souls game ever made.

Nioh 1 is honestly harder, but not because the levels and bosses demand more skill. Unfortunately the game just kind of trolls you with wildly disproportionate damage for the attacks you’re getting hit by a lot of the time. It’s a good game and I’d recommend to anyone who likes Nioh 2, but I’ll always recommend the sequel to new players because once TN saw this game was a success, they cut down on the bullshit and turned everything great about the first game up a notch while making some great new additions to increase the speed and fluidity of the combat. It’s weird, Nioh 1 is harder, but being good at Nioh 2 takes more skill. Rock solid video game overall. An all time classic that unfortunately might never fully get the love it deserves

You choose the best weapon too, the switchglave attack later on can go into insane territory. Fast in mid and low stance to apply statuses or slow and very hard hitting in high stance, you have it all. You have to practice stance changing while fighting tho, is really important, especially later on when you unlock a certain skill.

@@BeenHoly If your stance changing is on point and ki pulses you can literally go on forever comboing with switchblade, from low to mid to high to low again, while getting an absurd attack buff in the process. At 5 stacks you can discharge a special attack that deals massive damage, i'm talking over 100k damage i've seen in late game, gross.

So far team ninja hasn't topped Nioh 2 Wo long was OK and Rise of the Ronin is decent, but Nioh is a lightning in a bottle game Still recommend playing them after pushing through nioh 2 though because your nioh 1 series was fire

I played both those games already 😭😭 Rise of the ronin felt like the right direction from a good story and combat but execution wasn’t there performance wise, side missions were boring some times. wo long combat is good but the story is not interesting

No, Nioh 2 is not the hardest. The first one was harder tha n the 2nd especially the bosses. They were faster, hit harder and able to grab you with each. It took me nearly one and half years to platinum the first game but I managed to do that with Nioh 2 in just one year. If there is a contest for hardest Soul-like games, I could say Sekiro takes the lead, follows by Bloodborne and then Nioh 1 and 2.

@@faktehmeltha6701 - I did try the underworld but quit after a while. Don't understand what I need to do and by the time I tried it, I have already finished the main story, platinum it and then finished the two DLCs. I just didn't have to mood to continue Nioh 1 after that.

@@GobiSubramaniam underworld is not that hard but after finishing underworld we unlock depth of the underworld some of them said that its not even part of the game cause of the difficulty and still here i am trying to completely beat the game but im near giving up on this one, at this point its not fun anymore or maybe i should rest for now and idk sekiro difficulty i only beat 2 boss cause i found nioh 2 suddenly and i feel like its more fun than sekiro for me

nioh its izi, sekiro its harder i think, nioh its hard only 1st steps becouse bad atributes and weapons and armors after kill all mobs for 1-3 hits + bosses too izi, in nioh need only learn movement and how weapon will good for u same how in monster hunter anyon have like bow anyon great sword anyon katanas and more so u need only search good tip weapons well for u and learn how to use thats its all

Nah bro its a different style of game. Sekiro was more difficult at the start but once you beat the game, improve so much as a player thag the 2nd playthrough is easy. I was beating bosses that took me 10+ tries first time back to back. The game basically forces you to get good. Nioh and nioh 2 is a different kind of difficulty and you can cheese it without actually getting much better like dark souls. But unlike dark souls nioh 2’s gameplay is so much more fun and probably more difficult imo

Been pkayijg nioh 2 for past month or so non stop level 640 ish on underworld its very addictive tbh but sometimes theres so much going on in a biss fight especially with summons.

I'd have to get back on Nioh 2 one day. The series has the only souls type combat I've enjoyed. I never finished the game, but remember having fun with it. The reason I stopped playing was because it made my head hurt quite a bit and other games came up.

Nioh 2 is superior to any souls games 😂I said it fam fight me 🤷🏾‍♂️ the slow ass movement and whack fighting styles in dark souls and elden ring not for me 🤷🏾‍♂️ they are easier than Nioh 2 aswell in Nioh 2 you have to actually "Git Gud" it requires skill no hugging a bosses ass and cheesing weird techniques this game actually wants you to have fun and give you a challenge 👌🏾

Nioh 2's story isn't top 10, but it's worth paying attention to the cutscenes. I liked the story. A tip: use yokai attacks to regenerate your ki.

I have played every souls like game. Nioh takes so little from the souls formula. Nioh can’t be called a souls like game never ever. Control, bosses, levels, atmosphere, and even graphics effects are very different from dark souls.
