Nioh 2 - Sword Only No Yokai Shift Run with DLCs

Thank you for these 'weapon X only' videos. During my first playthrough, I overpowered everything with a tanky odachi build and didn't know what other weapons offer. Your videos showed a lot of that. For example, when I first tried a sword after odachi, I couldn't make it work. I though it was trash, Odachi simply felt better at everything. However, after watching this video, I realized how absurdly strong Sword Ki is. Same with Kusarigama's quick high attack, the list goes on. Thanks!

Me personally I started with duel swords/single sword build and whenever I try a new weapon including odachi I think it’s worse but it’s always just a skill/knowledge issue.

Facts! Going from Odachi & Axe I wanted to see how strong Sword (and dual swords) were so these videos are a good showcase of high level skill with these weapons

soo.. i just realised that i did the second phase of kashin koji with yokai shift... i was on full auto-mode with the usual strat and i literally just thought about it a moment ago, so i checked and... yeah, i used it lol. SORRY! I will do another run of this soon if you guys want!

@@phuminh1179 I'm just gonna take a guess and assume you're probably talking about ki pulse when dodging? it's in the samurai skill tree, there's one for each stance. If it's not that idk, your way to asking is confusing af. Maybe with a timestamp you can give me an example of that happening in the video
