Here are my tips & tricks that helped me to regrow my lost hair: a. Avoid excess heat products on your hair & scalp, b. Keep your scalp clean, c. Do apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra, d. Use coco onion oil on a consistent basis, e. Go for a natural hair mask, f. Avoid combing on a wet hair, g. Take proper nutrition plan & prefer home foods only, and avoid outside foods like fried foods, oily foods, bakery items etc., h. Finally, keep stress-free.

Hair length definitely has an effect on strand loss. When I was at 8 months without a haircut, I would lose like 20 strands in the shower and have a few on my hands and arms. Now I've got short hair again, I barely notice it. At most I get a couple when applying clay.

I have read some horror stories about Nioxin. It contains parabens and sls which is widely known as harsh chemicals that we shouldn't put in our hair. Have you noticed it affecting your hair at all and do you still recommend it despite the ingredients?

@@unlawfulspoon6808 i'm not a doctor but imo, finasteride and minoxdil should be taken together to achieve max. results. if you just take minoxdil your results will begin to fade after a year of usage , finasteride will let you keep your gains
