I can't watch this. All I can do is that when i spell, write or text their name it's in all capital letters. Um, that's the best kind of respect I can give NIRVANA, a band from my generation. 😂. KC, you didn't have to split the scene so fast.. Not cool. You were inteligent and outspoken. Their first show on SNL was a game changer. Maybe one day I can hear them loud and on vinyl.

Dave, Pat, Kurt, Krist, 4 of the best musicians of our generation. So stacked with talent. This is legit the best band of our generation, the best band since the Beatles. It's such a shame they didn't last longer with their current lineup (with Pat), but either way, it's a blessing we got the music we did get.

Really good interview. As I get older and having watched almost every piece of interview footage I can get my hands on, It does seem to be more apparent, that Kurt during his interviews, was not always his natural self, which is what really makes this interview interesting, as he is very relaxed and seems very open with his responses. I also really enjoy listening to Krist in his interviews in present day and his open views and perspective on the band. its also really interesting, that Dave doesn't usually have much to say, cause he is such an amazing story teller and super down to earth. I guess most of this is attributed to the interviewers centered on Kurt in most other cases.

Kurt & Nirvana helped me as a kid in the 90's to realize that it's OK not to have to submit to weird '80s-style brutal conformity. Their music and their presence helped me individuate without fear. I still miss the guy, in a lot of ways because of that. I also miss what he would have created & what would have been his influence on music. I wonder if Simon Cowell's commodification of music and the horror of pop music we still feel today would have happened had he still been around to place a counter song or opinion.

6:30 it’s so funny they mention arenas with less than 6,000 seating capacity, where I grew up, the closest arena only held maybe 1,000 people lmao it’s literally called an arena but it’s not the size of a typical arena

@@river2352 in an interview I’ve watched. He said nirvana was a “funny” band and we’d probably not been friends outside of the band. That nirvana for him wasn’t like the Foos. That the dynamics in the Foos are a lot more functional. Also he in another interview said that it was great when Pat joined cause it made being in the band more enjoyable.
