@@amitkumarrrr397 Indeed your comments are valid, but you must have noticed that she added Himalayan pink salt instead of iodized salt. Iodized salt is a chemical by itself introduced world over for controlling population, compare ourselves with those lived roughly 100 years back where a couple had 4 or more children's. Iodized salt manipulates the sperm count & restricts pregnancy. Next thing you must have noticed that there are no Teflon non-stick pans involved, Teflon is a byproduct of crude oil similar to plastic/nylon, when heated it will mix up with the cooked items and becomes a slow poison. There are many other things I would like to add but it will become a boring subject. For the time being i hope it clarifies your query.

As an Hyderabadi, I can approve this biryani, but you get authentic taste and aroma if you use buffalo ghee and buffalo curd( the smell of frying onions in ghee is heaven) , and we don't use dry resins to garnish , because they somewhat ruin the taste

I've read that some salt varieties do not contain iodine, and with hypothyroidism iodine is crucial. So please ensure that whichever salt you're using has iodine in it.

Navara rice or any brown rice will be better. But it will take more time/water to cook it. Taste will be very different from basmati. I found broken wheat also good for digestion. Wheat upma or kanji is good.
