According to my experience....use little oil in aata at the time of making dough... always use fresh dough for making any kinds of parathas I mean don't use refrigerator kept dough..always use soft dough ....not too hard not too runny..kneed dough at least 15 to 20 minutes before making parathas..dont use too much dry aata for dusting..use as menium as u can..use medium temp. If u can use ....use ghee or butter they make parathas more soft & tasty...try to roll parathas evenly...I think if u will keep these things in your mind u will make very soft parathas.. remember one thing practice makes a woman perfect..😌
