@@lumieretheforgiven3804 He sounds just a bit too old at times for me, when you consider Takada-kun is a hyper enthusiastic 5th grade schooler, and still partially lives in his own fantasy world at times. He sounds a bit too composed, you could call it. The dub's VA puts in the effort, I am not trying to discredit their skills, but for me it's not fully convincing. Nishimura's voice comes closer to what you'd expect. But if Takada's dub voice is perfect in your opinion, that's fine, what matters most is that as many people as possible enjoy this great series, and the dub version helps there, no doubt.

@@Dorian_Scott His Jap VA knocks it out of the park. Like when Takada found Kuro and changed tone of voice to scold the kitty for running of. And there are many more of these moments. Also when he asks her what's wrong, when she's bothered by something, you just hear he really cares.
