Honestly just keep your fuel filter, oil filter, synthetic oil, sparkplugs, air intake filters, etc. clean and the car will sail for a LONG time.

Good points here Justin one thing to remember though 370Z or any Nissan z cars in Ontario tend to rust prematurely due to the rock salt that is used on the roads in the winter check the undercarriage very closely along the frame rails and areas where rocksalt will sit one area that will rust it will be the dogleg area and front subrails

Love the advise. I would love to buy a heavily modified Z Since u can get the upgraded oil pan turbos exahust clutch blow off vales etc. Worst thing is if the engine blows just rebuild it reforge pistons etc still money ahead if u buy it all yourself. I disagree with the warranty argument. If u are buying a used 5 + year old car there is no warranty lmao. Most powertrain warranties are under 60k miles etc. Side note people that I know looking at a used 370z for 14k-17k Are doing it to have a fun weekend car.

Most annoying was a loose drivers side sun visor flopping down continuously. Got quoted a replacement (imported from Japan) for $400 including labour. Don’t think so! Apart from that my 370z was perfect for the 5 years I drove it!

I own Q50S with the same engine and beat the shit outta of it and take it to the track. No issues at all and every year post same time for a 1/4 mile runs, very happy with this 3.7 engine.

If you plan on modifying it, you're better off with the regular one, the 20hp you get from the Nismo isnt worth it especially if your modifying it

@@IINSPIR3DD Yes buy a cheap Z Pref one already modified with most of what u want and u will eat any nismo , TT single turbo supercharger upgraded fuel inj headers etc. I saw one for sale at 17k with everything under the sun Rear mount turbo etc making 600hp dyno . That imo is better than most cars for fub

Honestly just know that around 30,000 miles need to replace the Clutch slave cylinder and might as well do the clutch and change the fluid since you’re down there 1,200 in parts 650 labor Bushings also give out 200 After that just tires and oil change and other small things check your manual

Look a the Nismo some of it is $26k with low miles. Well I live in Houston I found alot of 15 nismos for 26-28k with 35kmilea tho. But for 6kmiles it's a good deal. I currently drive an 11 but it's 39kmiles one owner for 16k in red. I immediately bought it

JonnyFTW if you live in the US, go to your state's DMV website and search up the presumptive value of the vehicle using its VIN and mileage. This will give you an idea on how much it's valued and whether the listed pricing is fair or overpriced. Most 370z here in Texas are valued around $20k with only 10k miles used

Got recommended on this video. Most of this review is just general nonsense. Don’t worry about the stock oil cooler, buy the Z1 Stillen oil cooler kit. So you CAN buy 2010+ 370Z with low milage and good condition. He skips the real items to worry about on these cars.

Hey if you what to see a difference u need to try the nismo complete different car better handling and revs slightly higher and most importantly feels quicker . There is a review online where a nismo is smashing a regular z face in on track by over 3.5 secs in the track world that is huge which shows you what talent a nismo has. I have a 2017 pearl white nismo after having had a stage 2 bmw 335 and jaguar XF s and omg it would smash both those cars faces in .

I would like to put some numbers from my own 0-60 tests for your reference. 2017 GSF(7K miles) = 4.93, 2007 G35S (112K miles, 80% local) = 5.05, 2019 Q60 3.0t(300hp, 6K miles) = 5.25, 2014 Q50 3.7(6K miles) = 5.38, 2010 M35X(30K miles) = 5.82. All the tested cars were stock and the tests were done in the same location and similar weather and condition with iphone DYNOLICIOUS. I think these cars may not look good in the beginning but they will do much better when they are getting old. I also expect my GSF will age even better than my old G because of Toyota > Nissan... By the way I own GSF, G35S and M35X currently. Believe it or not. So far almost all the parts in my OLD G are still original factory parts except maintenance items. It just keeps running faster STRANGELY. In addition, my old G was a used auction car when I bought it 9 years ago. Maybe I should try a Q50 used RENTAL car next time when my G dies (if it will die)...

eddie ed averages about 20mpg. Daily drive my 2014 any previous model shouldn’t be that far off. Premium fuel does make a difference in performance and mpg though.

Every year Nissan execs get a car, the next year its sold as a Nissan Certified car and has a extended warranty. You need to check them out a little bit. But my 2018 370z Heritage has been great car, lots of fun its 4,000 miles. A 7yr 70,000 drive train helped me decide. not bad for 27k.

Don't waste your money on a PPI at the dealer. Do you really think a tech is going to blow a sale by being honest with you? If he sees the water pump leaking he's gonna spray off the timing cover with brake clean and send it.

@@HirschPower I'm thinking about selling mine. 2012 59,900 miles (a lot of that is highway miles too), 6sp manual, sport package, rear camera. Never tracked and for a sports car it's been rather babied it's whole life. I just use it to drive to college every day lol. Always running royal purple synthetic oil, k&n oil filter, typhoon k&n intake(yes I clean them), and I just recently replaced the transmission under extended warranty for a faulty synchro and took the advantage to put a new clutch kit in too, the new parts are still in their break-in period. It's practically a brand new Z at this point. Also just put on new tires, ceramic brake pads/aftermarket cross-drilled/slotted brake rotors by BrakePerformance, that about sums it up. I bought it at 11,900 miles and I'm the second owner. If I do decide to sell and you're still looking for one and near Oklahoma I'll take $16,500 obo :)

hack deez about the same weight and Camaro has wider gripier tires and much better suspension, is light on it's feet, they probably have about the same handling but I could be wrong. I just can't see this having greater handling than a Camaro SS, wich is phenomenal. If it does somehow I will be mind blown. I plan on getting a 370z nismo, so I guess I'll find out.
