I have changed throttle body and air flow sensor but i am still having the same problem

Question, the tps like shown in your video is suppose be in contact with the lever inside ? Or a space away ? Is it supposed to be moving while accelerate

The TPS is in contact with the throttle plate, and the throttle plate is connected to the accelerator cable. During idle, the IAC opens or closes according to the amount of air required while the throttle plate is closed.

It is going hot on making switch on, can it work properly even becoming hot the IACV

You can use a heat gun and a bidirectional scan tool to adjust IACV while hot. This way, you'll see how it functions when hot.
