Just depend's, I've never EVER heard anything good on a Altima, if they are the 2.5 addition their motors an tranny's are trash I mean Nissan doesn't have the best CVT tranny in general but if I had to choose between a 08 Maxima 3.5 and a 08 Altima 2.5 I'd stick with the Maxima any day.
