You are lucky yoiu can still get Nissan updates. My X-Trail uses the X7 system (DVD) and the latest update is 2013 and there have been no more updates since then. Nissan are extremely bad at keeping updates going - they keep changing the system and stop doing the updates for earlier systems. Puts me off ever buying a Nissan again.

Unexpected Nissan content the..but it looks like a good idea! I recall paying a great deal to update the navigation disc in my 2002 Mercedes E320cdi…around £100 in 2004…but I could not really find any difference. This looks a very good upgrade for Nissan owners! 😀😀😀

What about the system does it update before it upgrades the maps? Also, at around 3mins 37secs, you show your System Software Version as F035 -did this change to something different after the upgrade? Thank you

I had a few problems with the system and i am sure it did upgrade the software - just checked and the truck is still showing F035

@@L663 must have upgraded something but perhaps not the infotainment system software itself (perhaps the navigation software, as there are the series 25929xxxx cards and nissan connect 3 Vx series cards, which perhaps require some different software/form of firmware to function...)

Can you look to up date the sat nav files in the freelander 2, also does the company that supplies the Nissan data files also do Land Rover ?
