Nice job! I'm also quite impressed by how cheap that new battery was, I've been pricing up some DIY packs for a conversion but after seeing how cheap some of the nissan packs are available for I might just end up buying one of them

Great video Seb, I have the same blue 2015 British Gas E-NV200 and would love to do this upgrade, my battery seems good but I would love the extra range. been looking for a 40kwh unit for a e-nv200, but no joy so far. Not long bought the van and was wandering if it would be easier to sell and buy a 40kwh one for the extra money, but I do like my blue one. 🙂

That’s such i coincidence. I’m in te proces of buying a leaf 40kw battery (wish it would be 5k…)and gen2 stack for my conversion. This made me think about the aircon setup I did not plan yet.. thanks for the heads up 😊

leafs dont run air-con into the battery, only on the vans!

Is it possible to fit any even ‘bigger’ battery - 60kwh, 80kwh, etc? If it’s not possible now, do you think it might become possible in the near future. A +200 mile range env200 would be great.
