Awesome video. Concise and to the point and very informative footage. Gives me a bit more confidence to upgrade to 35s myself later on

For the Patrol guy what does he store in the flat storage case on the roof?
@SIDETRACKED2 жыл бұрын
Recovery gear stored in the black case, i think there's a look at it on the walk-around episode we did.

nice video- I remember working on the same Patrol myself- front axle all bearings replacent and cylinder head & gasket replacement (* the head was cracked between exhaust valves in all 4 cylinders) in 3.0 diesel. Now i consider buying a Nissan Patrol but afraid 2.8 TD is slow and don't really like 3.0D reliability issues. A quick question how would you rate 2.8 TD against 3.0 Diesel common trail ? especially in Fuel consumption and torque and reliability? thanks

Dimitry Linnik td42 mate the best patrol ever built gear drive push rod cast iron head .rd 28 and zd30 are both shits because the td42 is under UD nissan diesel because they were used in nissan civilian bus

My 2.8 is awesome. Had it 19 years. It's been worked hard and never missed a beat. I've chipped it, it made a difference to power. Rate them very highly.
