Thank you so much. Most of the instructions on the internet were for newer opener that have "learner mode" that supports rolling code I have an old garage door opener (Genie Pro 83) that has static DIP (bunch of toggle) switches, and your instructions from 1:50 to 2:50 worked perfectly for my 2010 Murano LE.

If you have a rolling code garage door hold it for about 3 seconds each time you press then repeat 3 times

Power button is for auto dimming / anti-glare Next button over is for compass both are in your user's guide

Extra homeline button allows you to program other homelink devices or perhaps a 2nd or 3rd garage door. Some houses have 2 single garage doors.

I couldn't make it work. I keep pressed both Home buttons until they start to blink rapidly. Then I keep pressed the remote and the home link until it blinks. Which button on the rear mirror did you program? Also, did you hold the button for few seconds? Initially, it didn't work for me when I just clicked the button, but when I press and hold it for 2-3 seconds, the garage door opened/closed. Also, make sure you are close to the garage door. My signal seems weak, and my car has to be pretty close to the garage otherwise its not working reliably.

@@johnim1 Hi, it worked eventually. I had to push the button on the garage box them hold the button on my rear mirror until the garage door open.

@@LOV2XRL8RL I take back my comment on "you have to be really close to the garage door". It was my error. Once I hold the button (vs. clicking it) for 2 seconds or so, garage door opened/closed just fine even from 4 to 5 car length away.
