Yes he could, and a really smart option. But if not an owner of one, then no. The lishis are good, byt you can not buy them for a one-time-job. And to really be able to use them, the you need practise, nad you need several. Instread I would suggest to meassure the wafer outstick, and write them down. Take out some (like highest and lowest) and read the numbers, thus you can decode the rest. BTW @M K Locksmith, a real good and informative video, with something new to be learned. Unforetnately you did not show the fix for the ignition-cut reading error.
