I just bought one of those machines too. I bet you cant familiarise yourself with everything inside a couple years. Its insane all the stuff. I got a call out to a job Corsa D lost keys. So went there and no customer present. Had to try lock picking. Never done it before but I know other ways in to motors. So tried and not a chance. Bought the lock of ebay to go in my vice. Practise at home. Your machine. Wow. Its cool but lets say the key tool max its self lets the process down. You get those stupid small images. As a new guy you just cant see them to know how to place the key properly. Oh and look out for the thin grey bar at top of page. you press it and the thing expands to a search box. When searching cars and you see other, if the thing you want is not in other dont cry, it might be in the grey search box thing. On L322 Range Rover Sport thats what happened. I got the key cut after a few hours cursing. Never have the customer standing with you.

Max key tool with mini obd i got it for 400$ dolphin xp -005 is about 1900$ the autopropad basic 800$ the autel im508 is on special for like 2,000 or less

Yes you can regenerate but you will have to downgrade before .. right next to the generate button is the downgrade button under generate remotes

Jose, I was curious if a software update fixed your Honda key hit and miss issue. I have a condor Mini Plus and more than half the Honda HO03 keys I cut, work in the door but they don't work in the ignition. The very first cut at the shoulder is cut too deep and that wafer stands tall and hangs in the Ignition.. This first pin is not used in the door cylinder.

The super chip only does a few more but no it does not do every key, whatever the system (max key tool ) has it will do only those!!

Hello again friend....got a question. I was trying to do a 2000 CRV last night and it said M1 spot 1 but it seemed to me that it wouldn’t be able to get all the cuts. And was giving error saying the blade width was wrong (I was using HD103). Then today on a 2013 VW Beetle it was giving the same error about the width of the blade being off by too much. Any idea what could be causing this?

You are aligning them wrong!! Either you start measuring from the shoulders or the tip ..

@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE can’t explain what it was. I had same issue on 2008 Nissan Maxima. I actually got the key code by VIN and it worked perfect. So I’m guessing the key was wore out so bad on the 2000 CRV. Now on the 2013 Beetle, I still can’t explain it. But just to be safe I did a re-calibration on all 4 clamps just to be safe!
