Very detailed video, thank you! Now for the bad... a DIY person would be in a lot of trouble if those ears broke off at home trying to pull a simple water pump that is a maintenance item! What in the world was Nissan thinking? First, the location is not ideal, if the water pump starts to leak at the front of the shaft you would have antifreeze going into the crankcase ruining bearings throughout the engine. Second, it's driven by the timing chain giving the chance of messing up timing while replacing a simple water pump. This is not the only engine Nissan or other manufacturers make that have done this, STUPID! Water pumps were originally designed to be external... FOR A REASON! Stupid manufacturers are making fixing a simple item next to impossible for an at-home mechanic.

Mines leaking from the same place but after watching this video im going to just buy a bottle of stop leak and hope for the best

Stop leak was the reason that pump was stuck.

Not a mechanic. Stop leak ( Actually Bars Leak) does not differentiate between an actual leak and a water path . I used it before I knew about it, and I had to have the engine cleaned, and wouldn't you know it; have the water pump changed anyway.
