This is a Micra build I love! I plan on giving mine a straight pipe exhaust system directly out of the right fender. (That does mean removing the turn signals tho but I’ll just move them)

Hello, I leaving in Kazakhstan. In October by nissan micra k11 1L 3 dor, I love this car, very cool car for big cyti. there is little, up to 5 liters of 98 gasoline, there are no problems with parking at all. but in my country there are no parts for it, after all, it is already an old car...

1.0 litre k10 & k11 are the most fun. Little pocket rockets with a few mods.👍😉keep up the good work. Looking forward to wots next?🚗

Those are mass produced run of the mill economy cars, not "pocket rockets."

Why not 1.3?

Brilliant work! Love the build and the fact it’s on the cheap and with what’s laying around :)

Good job on saving it. Looks like you've done a really good job on it too. The mk2 suspension looks like a cool setup.

Great restoration! I´m also working at one, now. Can you tell me the way, you lightened the flywheel? Did it make any problems? How does it feel now? THANKS!
@joemotorsport25795 жыл бұрын
We skimmed a bit off on a lathe and then we balanced it on an old wheel balancer, it works fine makes the engine very smooth
@worldhello12345 жыл бұрын
@@joemotorsport2579 It is just a labour of love and a learning process. There is little to gain out of restoring a cheap mass produced car that isn't exactly a collector's item. :)

Awesome restoration. How did you find a k11 that cheap tho
@joemotorsport25796 жыл бұрын
They are generally cheep cars, if you look on eBay they are expensive with mot etc, they are generally around 100/200 now for one without mot

May i ask what happened to the original engine for swapping to another one? Ta!
@kylethompson12366 жыл бұрын
Can you explain how you made the bilstein suspension
@joemotorsport25796 жыл бұрын
It is a inverted bilstein so it Threads at the bottom of the casing and the original suspension top is reused, it’s got 190 poundage springs, ideally I would have bought already made ones but because they were laying around and I have access to a lathe etc it works out cheeper!
