Shorted diode in the rectifier bridge maybe Sandy. Might have been interesting to see the ripple detail. Fixed… all that really matters 👍🍻

The battery discharge counter should have been reset when the new battery was fitted before it came to you Sandy. The counter simply measures the battery voltage at a level it's required to be recharged again.
