Just bought a T32 and want to upgrade the radio. The only things I really need are car play and the 360 cameras, so the lack of UK maps doesn’t really bother me. The line isn’t such a huge deal in the camera for me (although it would be perfect without) looking forward to see the progress on this and can hopefully get my hands on it soon!

I know this video is 2 years old but I managed to update my map and all the speed cameras have disappeared. I asked Nissan but it appears they were deleted due to EU law. There is no way to get them back. Do you have any ideas to reinstate this feature

Is this fairly easy to fit, do you need any conversation wires if you're replacing a connect 3 head unit on Tekna model with 360 camera, park assist and a Bose speaker system?

Hello can someone please assist me regarding 4WD. My 4WD green light illuminate when I start and drive. Does the 4WD green always stays on even on a normal dry road?

Hi , I don’t do Facebook so rely on KZbin for info. Glad to see your OK, was worried you may be indisposed. Your Connect4 upgrade looks promising. I prefer to use Waze anyway on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, nice big screen. But of course my fitted Connect3, doesn’t have CarPlay (2015 1.5 dCi Tekna), so it’s down to phone only or put up with the Connect3 satnav, I haven’t a clue how the Connect3 finds out traffic updates but it does and in real-time ! So I’ve updated the SD card map and use it now and I’m happy with its performance, but would really like CarPlay so I can use other apps through the system, it’s a shame Nissan don’t still provide the connect links so we could use the old system as it was even if it wasn’t update supported anymore. Good luck with the new lifestyle changes, you’ll get use to them eventually 😉. Keep the videos coming as and when you can.

For this update can you not just use a standard 2020 nissan connect 4 system for a uk vehicle / buy a replacement head unit as if you were buying one for a later j11 car?

Hello dear, Thank you for the files and it works fine. I want to mention two issues that I faced: 1. In the previous version, the audio would directly cut off while opning driver door and the car was turned off, but in this version the audio will turn off after 2 minute even you lock the car and leave it. 2. The whole back LED lights of buttons around the audio screen does not work during night. Is there any solution for these issues ? With kind regards,

A better option is to buy an Android head unit I fitted the 9-inch Teyes cc3 plug & play with Fasia you retain the 360 camera & all steering wheel buttons work, £300 easy to fit.

I haven't managed to get the wireless to work. I don't think it's possible as the later qashqai was cable only

If it has android auto or apple carplay it'll be connect 4, if not and it has a SD card slot next to the cd drive then it's an earlier model

You'd need adapters and possibly lose some features. I'm going back to the connect 3 system shortly

Why buy a left hand drive car unit? Good breakers yard has loads of right hand units.. Save a lot of hassle pal

I'm testing a package available to buy. The benefits of this is that you don't need it coding by Nissan or to make your own wiring harness
