Why does engine sound lika that not smooth like it is skipping I heard some Nissan qashqai and some have smoth engine sound

Because its a diesel engine

You should never add the precise amount of oil 😅. There can be up to a litre left of the old oil

Why 4.6 L ? That's for petrol engines. Yours is a diesel. So its further down on the paper that you've shown. It should be 4.4 L . 4.6 that you were looking at , is for petrol engines.
