Oh wow. This was my dad's car! He and his wife were fans of quirky cars and had many 2CVs. I even considered buying it back last year. I wonder where it is now... The speed chime was quite a novelty at first but grew quite annoying on a long motorway journey!

What a delightful practical city car! The name is perfect. Because of its practicality, efficiency, and utility, unfortunately it will never be sold in North America. Our loss!

This was sold nowhere other than Japan, even in Britain we have been missing out

A look in the back of the van and at the engine bay would have been nice.

I tried to open the back but I think the latch needed replacing

Nice review but you need to treat the bumpers and other plastic parts. No mention of the power stearing or air conditioning !
