The thinner head unit is called a Single DIN stereo, vs Double DIN. you will just need to by an adapter installation kit. Search for your year/model vehicle along with "Single DIN Install Kit" or "Single DIN Dash Kit"

Great video, helped me a lot! I just installed a JVC double din unit with a Metra harness kit but it won't turn on after install. I feel like it might be a grounding issue. Where did you ground your cable to? The dash stereo bracket or just a bolt somewhere behind the unit?

Stone Life It's One-of-a-Kind! (Went through lots of Sketches, layout, chopping and fabrication) Build it from 5x5" square tubing, angle iron, 1/8" plate, recently added some expanded metal skirting between frame supports and sloping out towards the end caps to aid in rock protection for radiator. Still thinking about wench or air compressor add on, and definitely adding bull bar to protect hood and grill between lights. I'll try to update the photo! _Thanks for noticing it.

a lot of off road stores sell similar steel front/back bumpers mine has a similar front bumper with 4 fog lights, winch and shackles i bought at a local off road store and got a steel rear bumper with hitch 5k max tow weight with a spare tire swing away rack on my 08 X
