If you lock the car and then hold that button, the car will remote start.

Try the lock button twice then hold the top circle button down stand in front of the car as my car it seems to occasionally matter but it works.. if it's the original key your car should have the feature if not what a tease

The Nissan Intelligent key is battery operated and it allows you to lock and unlock the doors of your Nissan vehicle, open and close the trunk and start the vehicle with the simple push of a button. Thanks for your question!

The Intelligent Key utilizes antennae that transmit signals between the car and the key, and a tuner that receives the signals. Pressing the Request Switch transmits a signal from the car antenna, and the key that receives the signal then automatically returns a signal. Thank you for your question!

Nissan I am woken almost nightly by the HONK LOCK vehicles PLEASE TURN DOWN THE VOLUME!!!! There is no need for LOUD NOISE to notify drivers that their cars are locked. A Super soft electronic beep can do that and not wake people or stress them out Please … think of our communities wellbeing.

I changed whole navigation system for a product made in third party by the trouble of the audio system. So there is not a navigator anymore. It is the memorable day when I put an end in the times in the four season (; ShunKaShuuTou ) of the hill climb today. The genuine parts of Nissan does not last for ten years. Nissan is poor at the quality, too! Fianlly good-bye to electric parts of Nissan.

🟠As well ALEXA will not work on 99% of Canadian Nissan vehicles. Nissan Canada will not turn on geography for Canada ... except for a couple of new models for a couple of years.

🟠keyfobs can not put down the windows on Canadian Nissan vehicles. This has been a problem (new feature) for several years. No reason given and no intent to fix. My Canadian 1996 Infiniti I30 worked just fine for 25 years, but new Altima no way, in Canada. We are told to start the car and turn on airconditioning instead of putting down the windows. 🙂 🟠As well ALEXA will not work on 99% of Canadian Nissan vehicles.
