Pretty bright light! You know they could mill some heat fins on the light end and it would dissipate quite a bit of the temp away. Don’t know why they don’t.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

And you're right. Even "tactical" mag lights had the button in the side. If your gonna give me a button on the rear, also give me button on the side. Like many olights.

I like the charging port and its access. I really like the manual switch for lockout. I do not like the holding the button for turbo as your hand melts.

Excellent review. I work security and I like the tail switch button because I know I will hit the button. 💯 Of the time. The side switch is only have a 25 % chance of hit the button the first try lol. I do agree that having to hold the button to get high or turbo sucks .

I didn't see the comments regarding the tail switch on the earlier video, but i don't get it. Not every light or every knife or ever pen or every backpack is designed for my needs or preferences. There's no reason to be upset if someone else has different preference. If people are going to blow a gasket over tail switches, I'd hate to see what happens if they start discussing something that really matters.

Sonji, the reason why there is a tail button rather than a button on the head of flashlight is due to the heat near the head of the flashlight, so it is more manageable to have the clicky😂near the tail/end far from the source of heat which is the head of the flashlight

Both are made overseas. Streamlight has a couple of models that are "assembled" in the US! If you look at the bottom of the fact sheets for the lights on their website, they say "made in China" or "assembled in the USA"

or those not familar, Nitecore is a high end flashlight company, well established and produces some of the best gear out there. The EDC35 the big brother of the EDC33 is a very powerful EDC light. The UI may be a bit different than what people are used to. But its an advancement. The sealed battery may also be a no go for some people and I can understand that, for certain scenarios. The sealed battery provides for better performance. For those that have a problem with the sealed battery, how do you deal with the sealed battery in your cell phone?
