I so wish they had better customer support. I had such a difficult time getting them to understand a simple problem. When they finally understood, it was still going to cost me about $33 dollars priority. If you trust China to get your package then 1st class is OK but if you add signature required then check USPS for 9-15oz to see what it will cost you now. Prices have sky rocketed for Americans to ship. I’d love to try another nitecore but they either pretend to not know English or they really have a hard time with English. They didn’t do any better with the 3 short videos I sent either. While you may not have a problem you have to consider “what if I do”.

It's kinda unusual if they can't give you a better English. They are a known brand so I think they should at least have someone on their customer service to assist people outside China. I bet they are all aware that they have many consumers especially those who speak English.

I think you might accidentally switch to the tactical mode. See flashlight.nitecore.com/Uploads/FLASHLIGHTS/download/p10v2.pdf for the user manual on how to switch back to user mode.
