Does this light have mode memory? I know the P10i newer version always comes on at turbo mode.

It does. You can only change the mode by pressing the strobe/mode pedal

Darkcore there’s no built in charging for this light, but it does take care of the battery and won’t discharge it if the voltage is too low.
