You know, this is the kind of sound that would give the Eurovision a shake up, especially if it's to represent the UK where the language is English every time. No one would expect it.

They should pick this girl to play "Deirdre of the Sorrows". There is something misterious in her face, as if she came from another age. Put her a gown and a brooch, and you have a Celtic queen.

This is not a dialect but Scottish Gaelic (Gàidhlig), a Celtic language ;)
@Trunchisholm2 жыл бұрын
WTH. It's not a dialect. A dialect of what exactly? Irish? Both languages branched off centuries ago and most Irish speakers wouldn't be able to communicate fluently with Scots Gaelic speakers. I know sometimes people can be intentionally obtuse, if not downright disingenuous, and call languages dialects to dimish their status and condemn them to a slow death. It's an inane, privileged attitude coming mostly from speakers of a majority language. Minority languages are still languages and they're worth preserving.
