I read some topic in this book. 1. We can choose life and we can choose path of living in that lifetime and we can also see different outcomes for different path we choose. 2. If we need help or guidance our spiritual guide will help. Their are some circumstances they will help without you asking. 3. Actually we have our own healing power within us. We can even heal our soul in this earth. 4. Another thing is soul world is in earth only in different plane. Actually we are in 3d plane because we are dense and heavy. Souls and higher forms are in 4d and 6d plane. 5. Only advice dont take suicide decision because next form of life will be worse than before. If you want to take that decision please ask help to your soul. If not possible please ask your guide for guidance. they will help you because they always watch you. 6. Also we are not only human beings living in this earth. There are some creatures like elves( short, pointy nose), light form creatures which are lighter so we cant see them but we can see them if they want.
