Fz 25 was always an underrated bike....its a torque monster...as Yamaha's are...but the lack of sixth gear is the only drawback ...otherwise its a masterpiece ❤️❤️❤️

Booked my FZ25 last Saturday, 02 April. On-road here in Bangalore is 188K. Only one colour is available now, black. FZS 25 continues with matte black and matte orange, with golden alloys. Expecting my bike delivery on Wednesday, 06 April. Couple of accessories I bought - LED indicators, 1,490/- for set of two, bought two sets, and the bike doesn't come with a center stand, which I needed, bought that as well, 2,000/-., a total of 5K for these two.

High quality, no vibrations during high speed like 130+ kmph... So far I tested... But the bike can go more...power... My average 42kmpl... Also initial pickup is so awesome.... Handling also easy...and I'm using fz25 since 2 years, Oly draw back is... Yamaha not giving attractive instrument cluster, little heavy weight 148kg, tall bike, Im 5.9 feet height but others required check befr taking this bike, but this bike gives manly look like KTM white colour. Silencer also get rusted in my bike very soon. Now Yamaha improved but me was 2 years old.

All the actual changes in details. 1. Bi functional projector headlight with new design. 2.different body colors n decals 3.negative lcd console 4.dedicated pass light switch 5. Underbelly cowl 6. Side stand engine cut off option 7. Bs 6 compliant engine 8. exhaust pipe changed from alloy to previous painted one 9. no main stand 10. Increase in weight 11. Power decreased marginally Torque increased marginally 12. midship muffler guard desing changed marginally 13. exhàust note bit less loud than before. Lastly insane price increase over the previous gen.

It's very refined I gets 33-36kms mileage usually Using Motul 7100 10/40 getting good Intial Pickups Power delivery/and No vibrations..... I am.5.7 and it's Exact for my Height. New Headlight Assmbly looks attractive but why the hell the same Indicators throw it away. 6th Gear is Really what I Miss on this Bike... Digital Meter Console & Indicators looks 4yrs old and Yamaha Is not considering to upgrade it anytime i guess...

Atleast front tyre 110/70 and rear tyre 150/60. 5. Led indicators. These are the five requirements that should complete by yamaha on this bike to compete in the segment.

Bro, if you want to cruise in between 90 to 110 kms/hr then fz is good and does have a wider rider and pillion seat. If you are looking for top speed too then Gixxer 250.

Fz25 vs Gixxer250 I have taken test ride for both and based on my experience I'm rating out of 10 for 250 cc segment for the following factors. 1. Power : 7 vs 8 ( 9 goes to duke 250, 10 for ninja zx 25r) 2. Handling : 8 vs 8.5 3. Rider comfort : 9 vs 8.5 4. Pillion comfort: 9 vs 8 5. Highway cruising : 8 vs 9 6. City ride: 8.5 vs 9 7.Mileage: 9 vs 9 8. Headlight reach and illumination : 8 : 9 9. Exhaust note: 9 vs 8 10. Pick up: 8 vs 8.5 11. Tyre width 9 vs 9.5 12. Styling: I feel overall fz feels better when it comes to side and back profile. Headlight is okish.. For touring comfort fz25 is best in this segment. Speeding duke 250 and Gixxer 250 upto some extent.
