This coffee does NOT deliver double the caffeine. That's physically impossible . All you are doing ( or your body that is) is getting more coffee into your system faster. I'll explain... when you drink hot coffee you don't just chug it all down, its hot coffee for crying out loud, you sip it. You could burn/damage your mouth, esophagus, etc., if you did that ...On the other hand, iced coffee or coffee that is at room temp will not hurt you in the least. You are likely to drink it faster, it gets into your stomach faster, and consequently more caffeine gets to your brain. ( YA BABY ! ) Its interesting that I came across this while doing other coffee research. I drink nothing but iced coffee in the summer now, fresh brewed that's chilled and THEN I add ice. This summer I discovered something interesting... I drink my iced coffee extremely fast, I mean really... i will down a medium sized glass of iced coffee in less then two minuets. And to my great satisfaction, I was fully caffeinated in less than 10 minutes. It could easily take a half hour or more before I would start to feel the full effects of a same size cup of hot coffee. So no... you are not getting more caffeine. Your just getting some interesting fiz from nitrous oxide and cold coffee. Nothing really new about the process ether. I believe "twice the caffeine" as a regular cup refers to the concentrated nature of cold brew coffee, not how fast it is consumed. Cold brewing coffee uses more than twice as much coffee as hot brewing, so it's really a matter of concentrate vs dilution.

If you want REALLY want concentrated coffee, you can get it from the food service companies, frozen in beautiful gold cans. been around since at least the early 1980s. Good stuff to. Cold brew coffee ... nothing new, been around for a long time. Just with out all the holty toytiness. Younger generation I guess. I really need to start a youtube channel... you guys are missing a lot.
