Shiiii you saved me bro. I've just built my first kit and I was having issues with the clutch just how you mentioned. When i get home I'll have to run her up. I have the x 8ight elite with reds r5r racer v5.0 and I've been watching your vids for a while so i got my first nitro so looking forward to it . Gotta get me some of that bonesbrew next week. I’m not sure about the savage engine mount but the rc8 should fit any nova engine

I never use channel locks or any normal pliers to install a flywheel, I use the Tamiya No Mar channel locks or a flywheel tool (TLR, RM2 or whatever) to install a flywheel so I don't gough the aluminum

Are all nitro Collets the same size. Or are they specific to engine brand

Not all of them are the same, some are specific to the flywheel you are using, always use the one the give you with a flywheel or clutch

The easiest way to prevent that is JUST RUN THE REDS FLYWHEEL EAZY FIX LOL

£50 clutch Vs £0.50 washer though 😀

@@LawrenceTimme you run the risk of putting to much pressure on that front Clutch bell bearing when you tighten up the clutch bell screw

No sir...lol, the red is a copy of the nova clutch, I do like the reds and now that they stop making the nova clutch I may have to look into the reds 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
