5:54 The N64 actually has a slightly easier time with untextured models than with 2D sprites. However, they likely chose to do this because they thought it was more impressive to have the pickups be 3D models, rather than for technical reasons. My main evidence for this hunch is that those pickups seem a bit higher-poly than being untextured would compensate for.

Here in France, Infogrames was known for making game adaptations of french/belgian comics on the super nintendo especially, like tintin, lucky Luke, the smurfs, asterix etc. There were all very beautiful games, very close to the base material, but there were also known for having sadistic game design, cheap deaths, and a very high difficulty because of that, but some of them were good ^^ . Have you seen the gigantic Hand Statue erected in New Zealand? It looks like Glover... Creepy Human Glover

I love character designs like this... You see that protagonist, and you just immediately know it's French. I wonder where that design sensibility stems from...

Hey, Nitro Rad, I just wanted to make a comment because I finally invested time into getting a YT account. I have been watching you, since you went through the Rayman games I believe, and I have thoroughly enjoyed what you have been uploading, and the quality of what you make since then. Because you have been entertaining and really teaching me and informing me since then. I thought I would at least let you know I am very grateful for all that. I assume you probably read most of you comments, so I hope that you read this.

When the guy who beat Bubsy 3D says your camera is the worst he's ever used, you know you're doing something wrong.

9:40 You got to hate those camera angles, but adding the Beyblade theme here was genius lol! 😂😂😂👍
