It’s been a short 3 weeks since I broke the news to Kenny that Lucore and Nitrous Express were on board to help get his Camaro race ready. Today, that dream is coming true for Kenny as we head to WAR IN THE WOODS with his Camaro!

Wow, so very happy for Kenny. This was a long time coming. I watched this video in awe as I watched Kenny and Harley's faces after the test hit. What a rush! That engine being a 383 a 2 valve relief flat top with a 64cc combustion chamber is 11:1 so having a dome piston he should be at least 12:1. That thing should run strong and will LOVE the juice! Go get em' Kenny Poweres!

3rd gens can work very well . The rear axle is the weak link . Definitely need to upgrade soon . A moser 12 bolt, or a 9" , or even an 8.8 like I run in my junker .Good luck this weekend Kenny . I'll be there 😎

No doubt. Once the 60' times start tickling the 1.6x's, consider the pin pulled on that grenade and it's just a matter of time. I know, I danced my way through 3 of them before I got a 9".... Expensive lesson learned!!

@@lanejohnson7656 It depends on what rear-end you replace it with and what you're trying to reuse. The ring and pinion (all internal parts for that matter) are too small for a 12 bolt or 9". The suspension parts are reusable for the most part with the possible exception of the torque arm. That would depend on the brackets and housing used.

@@lanejohnson7656 yes @ his new lca's , torque arm, sway bar will all mount to an upgraded housing. Strange & Moser have a 12 bolt and /or a 9inch ford rearend housing that's a direct bolt in. QP has a decent 9" upgrade and Hawks motorsports has a solid custom 8.8 rearend that are very similar to the 12 bolts and just as tough. I've thoroughly abused one for 5 yrs now.
