Awesome video 👍. How would the wiring be if i wanted to add just a kill switch inside the cab instead of using the circuit breaker as a kill switch. My 12-gang switch panel has 3 wires coming in through the firewall instead of 2 like in some of the others. Thank you.

The wires coming into the cab to the switch panel are black, blue and white in colour.

There's nothing online about how to install a duel battery setup for the 3rd generation toyota. You can definitely do that of course, but I like it under rear seat to keep engine bay as clean/organized as possible!...under the rear seat is kinda "outta sight outta mind"...thanks for watching!

Does it drain the battery with the backlighting always on given that it has constant power?

I turn the back lighting off but if left on it would have a constant drain...very small one, but yea it would

Great video! Unfortunately, this unit uses ground switching, which makes for a lot more wiring for any use that requires 12v hot switching. Additionally, the backlight stays on all the time unless it's manually turned off. It's too bad that they didn't use a trigger wire or ignition wire for this. So as long as anyone watching this is ok with it being a ground switching style switch panel, it's fairly decent for the price.

You could add a 200 amp relay before the fuse box and have a trigger wire to that from the ignition that's my plan for my side by side
