I stepped up from kqi2 to kqi3 pro for 599

Nice video, have a question, when charging is complete, the charger led turns green or stays red, in my case it reaches 100% but never changes color.

It should normally go green. Sometimes the very last % can take a very long time to charge. Thanks for the kind words

Great channel but anyone interested in a NIU scooter should seriously consider another brand. Their customer support is crap. They will run you around, avoid your questions or reply with canned answers that imply they did not even read your question. If you think you will ever need support, avoid NIU.
