All these reviews show that the KQI3 Pro doesn't have a zero-start option. Yes, it does. You turn it on in the app. I have been using mine for a couple of months and I don't have to kick mine.

Thanks for the review! One of the things that caught my eye is when you folded down the stem and you could see the wires were enclosed/protected in a spring. Nice touch for an inexpensive scooter. I'm still shopping and am using your channel to make a decision.

I won't bs ya,.man I got a dui in April of thos yr, state side, and I'm a biker, I love bikes, been riding 27yrs, I know I screwed up so this gets me to work and the few places I need and go gets here n there. I'm not playing with driving on a revoked/susp and these things are fun. Whole family wants one now. Thanks for the video man. Think this will be replacing my nonebot d40x

BUYERS BEWARE. First off, I absolutely love my i3 pro. The scooter itself is fantastic. However, it’s back by horrendous customer support. Niu doesn’t reply to inquiries.

I’m from the US and I just got mine about 2 weeks ago and mine runs 20mph and I don’t have to kick to start I hope you get that option soon

Why does everyone say it needs kick start on reviews?

​@@samtv4192it is enabled by default but you can disable kick to start, enable strong regenerative brakes and set the scooter to 32km/h (around 20mph)

Picked up the KQi3 Pro about a month ago. Overall I’m happy with the scooter. If i could change anything i wish it had suspension and to replace the thumb throttle with twist throttle.

Did a bunch of research and ended up buying a gold edition one week ago. We have an AOVO pro and there’s no comparison. My wife liked it so much she ordered a black edition. It arrived yesterday and to my surprise it has way better brake calipers. They have bigger brake pads. Is that an update or is it the difference between the black and gold?

Maximum speed is actually 32 km/h; try updating the app with a vpn to some other country like usa

Got the KQi3 Pro this past July from Best Buy for 580.10$(after taxes & all that good stuff). Has lived up to all positive reviews it got. Best bang for your bucks; great warranty, great built quality etc etc. Keep on the look out for Niu’s upcoming KQi Air and KQi Air X.

Do you get 20mph when you purchase this from the UK or is it limited to 15mph? All the specs I see online like amazon ect are max speed15mph but I know this is capable of more

From what I hear they come locked at 15 mph for UK models. They go 20 in the US. There is a hack for them though.

Has anyone else had TERRIBLE after-sales service from NIU? They rank one star on trust pilot. I cannot recommend buying from them. If you have already, just pray that nothing goes wrong, even within the warranty. They seem to treat their customers like garbage.

Why? At almost half the price of this scooter , Navic T5 Pro lighter, dual suspension, turn signals, rubber tires, 19mph and 21range …much better deal

@@BN99239 any of them under 7-800 bucks. And I paid 550. The light is out of control bright. No other scooter according to my knowledge has a 2 year warranty. Build quality is an opinion I guess, but this company builds road bikes. So the quality is nice.

well, i suppose it's a matter of opinion but many other scooters have friction brakes rather than disc brakes, the light is britghter than a lime scooter (but not the best by any means), and i suppose since niu is a new company they want to seem more legitimate, but this is only something an advertiser would care about, fairly certain this person is from the company@@BN99239
