I'm not 100 percent sure but I do believe you can switch the charging handle over for left handed users so you would be able to actuate it using right hand without removing your strong hand from a firing grip position. I know the ACR is fully ambidextrious and I believe the SCAR has all controls as well except for the bolt release.

How much of a pain is if to get a semi-automatic rifle such as an akm/ak-47 in NJ. I live in New Brunswick so close by Woodbridge and Edison.

the scar rifle in this video is semi automatic... I believe you can't get a Ak47. I believe it has to officially be called an "Ak variant" for it to be acceptable in NJ.

Love the Scar's for what they are,but will never buy one as I cannot get past that ugly cheap plastic stock,and all the cheap plastic that is used on the gun for the price they sell for.
