In my experience following many cases, these female teachers that commit these crimes, they dont take it to trial. They typically end up just pleading guilty bc theres almost always evidence of their crimes, and/or they're offered a plea deal and theyd rather not take their chances bc of the evidence.

You're partly right, it is psychological, but it's not so much about control. These women become teachers because they haven't grown up and they still want to be kids and they still want to be in a school environment and they think of themselves as the contemporaries and equals of the boys they prey upon. In their minds, they are still student age, just having fun and hooking up with their schoolmates. This is why they become teachers. Just to remain in the school environment. Not so much because they consciously think of themselves as in control predators, but because they consciously think of themselves as teenagers in school. Psychological yes, but even scarier than control.

To be honest when I first started uni I majored in education, and I saw my classmates, observed how they discussed it.... they literally owned it they were like 'yay I'm gonna be a teacher and stay in school forever' this is literally how they spoke, and it's part of this whole generation, I would say millennials onward, not growing up and staying in this kid mentality, which includes thinking of themselves as juveniles, and lack of boundaries....went through that program for two years then I switched to social work. Which comes with his own set of problems but that's another story.....anyway the vibe of those girls creeped me out. These are disordered personalities.

My wife is a teacher and one of her colleagues and a close friend was accused of inappropriate touching by a young child. She was immediately suspended until an investigation could be completed. This took quite some time and was so stressful that once it was done, the poor woman had to take a leave of absence to recover. If cameras were present, the whole situation could have been resolved in seconds.

I was 16 male in the mid nineties growing up in Cocoa beach times, which were different.I had quite a few older women mid 20s to 40s I was more then willing and never did a say a word in fear of them getting in trouble. But for predators they should be in jail.
