Hi Frida, check the way you store it, it must be in an airtight container. Allow the sugar to caramelise well before adding the peanuts to be rolled and cut into your preferred size. If you are using a rolling pin, make sure it’s dry (without water), always wash it and allow it to dry completely before using it. P.S: You can’t store it more than 2 weeks though.

If the sugar isn’t much it would dry, groundnuts isn’t supposed to melt too. Just brush the surface with melted butter or oil and you are good to go. Please don’t leave it in the open air, it has to be in an airtight container or sealed rubber( the ones we use to package it) in Ghana.

Hi sis, please make sure the sugar melts well(caramelise), allow it to cool completely after you cut it into your preferred sizes and shape before storing it. Also follow my procedure step by step and you will get it right.
