Is it call nearby? From sherwood rn tagore is about approx 6 km ahead and from sherwood southwinds is 4km backward

Right madam,you have to have personal car ,20mins(8km )from patuli floating market.may be it will be to commute a few years later like what happened in Newtown.Moreover a few upcoming projects like MERLIN SKYGAZE (G+24) ,southern vista are forcing local authority to improve communication and road etc.When you are going to buy similar or in size smaller project like modello,ozone the price will be more than 1 crore.So it's upto individual choice ,whether you are ready to spend more now or in recurrent basis(if you take projects far from kamal gazi flyover) as you have to spend on petrol/diesel regularly.BUT SOUTHWINDS is a place where you can get everything and which you don't get even in AVIDIPTA

Those who have already physically visited/moved to this property kindly let me know that is this property worth it? Their price for a 3 BHK seems to be reasonable🤔but all daily basic nessities are available like Pharmacy,Hospitals, Fruit and Vegetable Market,Bank and ATM,Convenience Store,Salon,Malls etc.? See,the place is nice,I have booked one in tower 10,but later I realized that it's too far from proper kolkata,8 km from PATULI,20 mins journey,and the fuel cost is rising.You have to opt for hydraulic garage now,they have 1 shuttle like bus to carry u to nearest metro.They have everything in house,off late an indian oil petrol pump has opened just beside the project,local market is just opposite to the project,reliance fresh is attached to the project.Buses from Heritage,DPS,BIRLA HIGH , & probably SOUTH POINT come to the southwinds gate.but one thing I want to share,The SBI HOME LOAN Agents and a few marketing agents are really appalling & irresponsible to say least.
