Great interview. I was a member of the Illumination Engineering Society for many years and plan to rejoin. I work at a utility as an Account Manager in San Francisco. Some of the LED retrofits create "glare" and I am forming an informal team with the City engineer and my customers to identify the LED glare sites and resolve them. I have been in energy business since 1983.

how come Edsion incandesent light bulbs are still glowing and today there is not a light bulb out there that will old a "candle" to them?
