I'm finding a lot of disturbing evidence that the NHS is and has been using NLP massively on staff and patients without their knowledge, is this legal? what are peoples views on this. I have spoken to several individuals in the NHS who categorically confirm this next to the multitude of official information too. I appreciate this is a very helpful part of the behavioural change family but I am slightly uneasy with what I am reading. Are their any laws/guidance on this treatment at all? Thank you
