Antilag is purposely misfiring with your spark in deccel so you blow up the mixture while the exhaust valve is open therefore some of the explosion happens in the turbo which keeps it spooled up on deccel so you don’t have turbo lag. And it’s the mistimed explosions you can hear as pops and bangs. But it absolutely fucks your turbo up.
