Does it matter what order?, I check scene safety and perform hand hygiene before going to introduce myself to the patient and providing privacy? If you come in to introduce yourself before hand washing.

You can introduce yourself and then clean hands but check the scene safety first as you enter patient area.

Quick question please , under the Administrators details what is required to be filled in the column ‘Base ‘ . Yours says S4 . I don’t know where that came from .

Base is the location means which ward or clinical area and its always given on the top part of the chart where patient identification details are written.
