I watched them live in Toronto during the “Turn On the Bright Lights” tour. After hearing them play “Untitled” live, I was hooked. Once they took the stage, Paul would step up to the mic like a cool cat and proclaim, “Hi we’re Interpol” and proceed to rock out.

I don't go to many concerts, but I make an exception for this band. If you ever get a chance to see them live you will be delighted. Their style- audio and visual is sort of this very simple elegance with a healthy dose of weirdo. The bands essence/vibe reminds me of a 1970s Lauren Hutton. They are the Lauren Huttons of rock.
